Campaigns vs Automations

Overview

With SMS and email campaigns, you have the ability to send multi-stage automated messages to your customers, thereby enhancing lead generation, increasing conversions, and fostering robust relationships with your customer base. For instance, you can initiate an End of Month Special email campaign to notify all your customers about a limited-time offer.

Automation

A running automation will consistently monitor contacts within a segment or audience. As soon as a contact is included in a segment or audience, the automation will automatically generate email and SMS invitations in accordance with the predefined automation configuration.

Campaigns

A started campaign will follow up all the contacts in a segment or an audience and will stop once all the contacts have been followed up.
