Campaigns Overview

Overview

A started campaign will follow up all the contacts in a segment or an audience and will stop once all the contacts have been followed up.

Statuses

A campaign can be in 1 of 4 states:

  • Draft

  • Running

  • Stopped

Reminders

Campaigns do not have invitation reminders.

Pausing a campaign

A campaign already started can't be paused.

Stopping a campaign

Stopping a campaign will deactivate all invitations that have not been sent. All sent invitations will stay active. The campaign can not be resumed once stopped.

Unique contacts
