The Feedback tab compiles all received feedback from the Review forms, allowing you to promptly reach out to customers or export the information in CSV format.

Please note that with the activation of the Inbox feature, you can utilize the 2-Way SMS to respond to feedback, enabling swift action, particularly in the event of negative feedback.
