Building a survey, a quizz or a poll never been easier. With our drag-and-drop intuitive interface, it will only take a few minutes to build your survey and share it with your customers.
To create a survey, go to the Surveys tab from your dashboard -> Create survey -> Give it a name.
In the pop-up window from the drop-down menu on the left side, select the type of question you want in the survey.
To edit a selected question, type the text that you need in the appropriate fields.
You can also find additional settings on the right side of your screen:
Question
Here you can make some changes to your question. For example, make it a required question, change the order (if it is a drop-down question), choose icons style (if it is a rating question) and more.
Theme
Here you can edit your survey color.
Settings
Here you can customize your form settings. Such as show progress (or not), show navigation (or not), show logo (or not).
Once your survey form is prepared, click Save in the upper right corner of your screen.
Select or add a new Rating Question:
Set the Icon to Numbers.
Set the Min value to 0 and the Max value to 10.
Set Style to NPS.
Grouping your contacts based on their responses has never been easier.
In the latest release of our platform, you can tag customers interacting with the following questions:
The multi-choice
The dropdown
Yes/No
The rating
The above questions have the Manage Tagging option on the right-hand side.
Once you open the Manage Tagging, you will be prompted to add tags to the existing questions.
Utilizing tagging in Surveys, Quizzes and polls simplifies the process of categorizing your contacts into meaningful segments. The subsequent step involves targeting the right audience for your products or services through our Campaigns and Automations.
If you go to the Links tab at the top of the page, you can find a direct link to the survey form you can send to your customers. You can also download the QR code which links to your survey.
If you go to the Summary tab at the top of the page, you can find the response summary for your survey form. For example, you will find stats about the number of views, survey starts, submissions, completion rate, and average time to complete.
If you go to the Responses tab at the top of the page, you can find detailed information on each survey response, such as the date, contact name, and the answer to each survey question.
To export the survey responses in a CSV file format, please utilize the Export button located in the Responses tab.
If you click on this icon with arrows, you will see all survey responses from a specific contact.
The easiest way to send the survey to a group of contacts is via our campaigns or automation feature.
