You must initially create a review form to automate review requests or solicit reviews through a direct link or QR code.
To access or create new review forms, go to Reviews -> Forms section.
Inside the Forms tab, you can see all your review forms and get access to analytics and settings.
To access the form analytics, click the View Report button.
To access the form settings, click on the three dots on the review form's right side. Within this menu, you have the choice to preview the form, edit its settings, share it, or create an Automation or a Campaign linked to this specific review form.
