In the Account tab, you can set up your profile and notifications.

Profile Information

Here, you can update your first name and last name. To do this, go to the ‘Account’ tab from your dashboard, and under the ‘Profile’ section, change your profile information.

Login information

You can update your login email and password to access your account here. To do this, go to the ‘Account’ tab from your dashboard, under the ‘Profile’ section, and change your login email and password.

Notifications

In the ‘Notifications’ section, you can configure notifications for your account. Notifications are split into Inbox, Reviews, Referrals, Surveys, Videos, Reports, and Failures. For each section, you can configure when you want to be notified about a specific action that happened in your account. For example, you ask to notify you when a new review comes in and send you a monthly performance summary.
