What are tags?

Tags serve the purpose of grouping contacts with similar attributes that are vital for the business. They provide the capability to run more targeted campaigns and organize contacts for efficient automation.

For instance, you can assign a tag to denote a premium customer who has spent over $1000 or create a tag for everyone residing in a specific area or postal code.

How to create tags?

From your dashboard, go to the ‘Contacts’ tab -> ‘Tags’ -> ‘Create tag’. Create a name for your tag and click Save.

How to rename a tag?

From your dashboard, go to the ‘Contacts’ tab -> ‘Tags’ and click on the tag you want to rename. Use the EDIT option to change the tag name.
