Introduction

Get your customers to do your marketing for you.

Create custom referral and loyalty programs and turn your happy customers into a revenue stream.

Link your custom referral form with one of our automation, and you have the ultimate referral solution on autopilot.

Referral types

There are three types of referral campaigns you can run using our platform:

1. Referral-based - Non-incentivized

This represents the most straightforward form of referral, where you encourage your current customers to refer friends and family without offering any incentives or discounts to either your customers or their referrals.

2. Referral-based - Incentivized

In this tier, you encourage your existing customers to refer friends and family while offering a promotional code incentive to your customers and a separate one to their referrals. You can also monitor campaign performance by tracking the promo codes used.

3. Conversion-based - Incentivized

This represents a comprehensive referral campaign where our platform automatically generates coupon codes and tracks when a referral becomes a lead. This allows you to easily follow up with them and work towards converting them into customers.

Referral Advanced options

Expire on date

You can set an expiry date for the offer to create a time constraint for a better conversion.

Limit amount of redemptions

To create scarcity, you can limit the number of times an offer can be redeemed.

Limit to new customers

Set restrictions for new customers by enabling the option to allow only new contacts to redeem the offer.

How to setup your first referral form?

Open the Referrals tab -> Click Forms -> Click Create referral form.

Direct link and QR code

The easiest way to send the referral to a group of contacts is via our campaigns or automation feature.
