Click on the ‘Settings’ tab.
Go to the ‘Integrations’ section and select the ‘Google’ option.
3. Click ‘Connect’.
4. It will redirect you to the ‘Google sign-in page’.
5. Log in with your Google account.
6. Once you log in, tick the box to grant access to 'platformsync.app' to your GMB account and click Continue.
7. Select the Google account you want to integrate with.
8. Once you select an account and location, your GMB integration will appear in the ‘Integrations’ tab with the green caption ‘Connected’.
Most issues when connecting are related to permissions errors:
This occurs when you don't accept all the Google permissions when prompted during the connect Google account wizard see screenshot at step 6. A quick fix is to return to Settings -> Integrations -> Sites and click Disconnect. Then, try to connect the same Google account again and make sure you give access to 'platformsync.app' as shown in step 6 above.
This occurs when the Google user account you are logged into does not have admin rights on the Google My Business (GMB) listing. Disconnect the current Google account, switch the Google My Business account to a different email, and try to connect again.
