Inbound chat setting
The inbound chat setting dictates what automated action should happen when a customer starts a chat using the website widget.
We recommend the default action, which is to send the customer an automated text letting them know someone will be in touch soon.

Inbound call setting
The inbound call setting dictates what automated action should happen when a customer calls your phone number.
We recommend the default action, which is to send the customer an automated text letting them know this is a text-only number and that someone will be in touch soon.
